4. Additional Terms¶
- Renewal: This agreement will automatically renew for an additional 12-month term unless canceled in writing 30 days prior to term end.
- Price Adjustments: Renewal pricing may be subject to an annual increase of up to 5%.
- Early Termination: Early termination fee means 100% of remaining contract value.
- Service Changes: Any modifications require an additional Order Form or Change Order.
